Pan Fried Club Steak

Ingredients
  1. 2 Club steak
  2. Paprika
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Flour
  6. 1 ½ tbsp.. butter
Sauce
  1. ¼ cup butter, melted
  2. 1 ½ tbsp. Parsley
  3. ½ tsp dried tarragon or basil
  4. 1 ½ tbsp.. vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Season steaks with paprika, salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Dust with flour.
  3. Heat butter and oil in a skillet and brown steak over medium heat on both sides (about 3 minutes per side, depending on your cooking preference).
  4. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over steaks.
Notes
  1. Sauce also great on baked potatoes.
