Chicken Fillet with GarliSpread

- 4 Chicken fillets, sliced in pieces
- 30 ml (2Tbsp) Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 160 g Musthav GarliSpread, at room temperature.
- Fry the chicken in the olive oil over medium heat until cooked through.
- Lower the temperature towards the end to avoid drying out.
- Season with Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken with a knob of the GarliSpread on top to melt over it, with a tasty salad to accompany it.
