WHOLE LAMB GIVE AWAY
Dates: 29 September 2020 until 26 October 2020.
No entries will be considered after 26 October 2020.
COMPETITION RULES:
By entering the Whole lamb give away, entrants agree to the set of rules below:
This competition is limited to residents of South Africa, with the exception of the following people:
- Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Uitkyk vleis- en supermarket and organizers of the Competition;
- People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa;
- Persons under the age of 18 years.
All entrants must hold a valid identity document.
Participants may enter as many times as they like. One entry is equal to Meat purchases of R250 (two hundred and fifty Rand) or more at Uitkyk vleis- en Supermark.
All qualifying participants will be entered into the draw. The lucky draws will take place on Tuesday 26 October 2020.
Winners will receive a telephone call informing them of their winnings and confirming their contact details and name.
If Uitkyk vleis- en supermarket is unable to reach any potential prize winner within 48 hours of their name being drawn, for any reason whatsoever, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winners will be disqualified.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
There will be 1 prize winner. The prize consists of a whole lamb. (Basic cutting and packaging included)
Winners have until 30 November 2020 to utilize their prize.
Winners may be required (at no fee) to be identified and have their photographs taken in print media. However, winners shall be at all times be entitled to decline the above request. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of Uitkyk vleis- en supermarket.
The prize is not transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, or assignment of prize is permitted. The date allocated for the prize is not negotiable.
Upon collection of the prize requires proof of identity and the cell phone number. The winner will be required to sign the entry form as proof of the prize collected.
Uitkyk vleis- en supermarket does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for the collection of and or purpose of using, applying, or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
Uitkyk vleis- en supermarket reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such an event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Uitkyk vleis- en supermark and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Uitkyk vleis- en supermarket.
Uitkyk vleis- en supermarket, it’s promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, and organizers shall not be responsible for any subsequent decline of acceptance of prizes for any reason.
