Ingredients

- Roasted vegetables
- Feta
- Grated Cheddar
- 6 Eggs
- Half a cup of milk
- Season to taste
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C and spray a muffin pan with no-stick baking spray.
- Fill the muffin holes with chopped and roasted vegetables, Feta and grated cheddar cheese.
- Pour a mixture of 6 eggs, half a cup milk in the muffin holes.
- Season to taste.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Set out to cool down.
Notes
- Great for lunchboxes.
- Will stay fresh for 2 days.
