- 2 large French loafs or 2 Uitkyk Baguette, Sliced in 3
- 100 g Basil Pesto
- 4 large tomatoes or 100 g cocktail tomatoes, sliced
- 200g mozzarella, sliced in wedges
- Fresh Basil leaves as garnish
- Set oven to 180°C
- Slice the bread in half. Spread both sides with pesto.
- Pack the tomatoes and mozzarella on top of pesto
- Put in oven until the cheese has melted. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
