Pan Fried Club Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 Club steak
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp.. butter

Sauce

  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Parsley
  • ½ tsp dried tarragon or basil
  • 1 ½ tbsp.. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with paprika, salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Dust with flour.
  3. Heat butter and oil in a skillet and brown steak over medium heat on both sides (about 3 minutes per side, depending on your cooking preference).
  4. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over steaks.

Notes

  • Sauce also great on baked potatoes.
